Jessa Duggar celebrates pregnancy with fall-themed baby shower 'including over 100 guests, pumpkin treats and gifts of prayer'

As a member of the 19 Kids And Counting brood, Jessa Duggar's baby shower was never going to be an intimate affair.

The reality star - who is expecting her first child with husband Ben Seewald - celebrated with a fall-themed bash in Highfill, Arkansas on Thursday.

According to Us Weekly the 22-year-old star's 100-plus guest party was 'family style' including male family members in the celebrations.

The Seewald family shared a snap from the fun day on their Tumblr account showing the mom-to-be smiling in a floral print top and grey skirt. 

A source told the publication that Ben, 20, had been talking about doing a 'guy-friendly' shower ever since Jessa's sister Jill welcomed baby Israel.

They revealed 'He was definitely excited about this!'

The event was reportedly held in a Duggar family friend's barn and included a diaper-changing challenge for the women and a milk-drinking competition for the men.

'They had a contest for the ladies in which they had to close their eyes and race to change a diaper on a baby doll,' the insider revealed. 

And the young mother-to-be already has some impressive baby care skills it seems as it was revealed the TV star won the competition.

Ben also came up with a novel idea for a game, challenging three of his friends to see who could come up with the best baby food concoction.

Snacks at the shindig included hot dogs, a pumpkin-themed dessert bar with 'amazing pumpkin cake balls' as well as pumpkin and pecan pies.

The TLC star couple asked guests to bring a written prayer or blessing which they plan on making into a keepsake of the day in lieu of traditional gifts. 

The source described a 'special moment' when the guests gathered to pray over the couple and their baby. 

Jessa's due date is November 1, and the couple have yet to reveal whether it's a boy or a girl.
