The 19-year-old model went braless in a see-through, ripped white top as she attended a surprise birthday bash for her half-sister, Kim Kardashian, 35.

The starlet showed off her nipple piercing through her shirt as she headed towards the party at Cinepolis in Thousand Oaks, California.

The Balmain beauty appeared to be wearing minimal make-up, per usual, keen on showing off her natural good looks.

This is not the first time Kendall has been spotted showing off her nipple piercing.

The starlet accidentally showed off her body hardware in a clinging white dress during the second to last evening of New York Fashion Week, when she made her appearance at the Harpers Bazaar Icon event, last month.

In July, TMZ first reported the model had her nipple pierced, claiming that the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star had, at the time, been trying to hide the piercing under her clothes.

Being a runway star, Kendall's new piercing may not have been to every designer's taste, but the model did flash a glimpse of the jewellery through her pink lace dress when she walked the catwalk for Givenchy in Paris in June.

Speaking to Page Six last month, she confirmed it was true and explained: 'I was going through a period in my life, having a rough time, being a rebel and was like "Let’s just do it."'

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star went on to say she nearly didn't go through with the piercing, as she was too fearful of the pain.

'[I was] so terrified, I’m laying on the bed like "Why am I doing this?"

'Honestly, it hurt, but wasn’t as bad as everyone made it seem and maybe because everyone hyped it up and I thought it would be really, really bad. Then it wasn’t as bad as I expected.”
