ECB president Mario Draghi said the moribund eurozone may need a fresh round of stimulus before the end of this year as the global slowdown threatens the fragile recovery in the single currency bloc. His comments came just hours after official figures in Britain showed retail sales rose by a better-than-expected 1.9 per cent last month as bumper beer sales linked the Rugby World Cup boosted spending.
