It was an event planned and executed by loving husband Kanye West.

So in true Yeezus fashion Kim Kardashian's 35th birthday bash was intent upon seeing his wife's famous booty and bump multiplied.

Kourtney, momager Kris, and little sister Kylie all dressed up like the famous reality star, who is pregnant with her second child, to the celebration hosted at a movie theatre on Wednesday.

Model Kendall Jenner also got in on the act as celebrity make-up artist Joyce Bonelli posted a snap of the 19-year-old model also rocking a fake baby bump.

Kim gushed on Instagram about her experience: 'My husband never ceases the amaze me! He rented out the entire movie theater to screen the new Steve Jobs (It's sooooo good BTW) and had all of my family & close friends come dressed up as their best pregnant Kim look (fake baby bumps provided on arrival!)'

'Not sure if that was to make me feel less huge or just a fun cool theme but I loved it & had the best time ever, feeling so very comfortable eating churros with a bunch of pregnant women! Just what I needed, the perfect chill yummy food birthday!!!!'

Meanwhile, Kourtney, who welcomed her third child, son Reign Disick, last December. joked she was expecting again.

'I wasn't expecting to look this way again quite yet, but Happy Pregnant Birthday @kimkardashian !!' the 36-year-old joked on Instagram with a silly snap of herself posing with a faux baby bump.

Even her mom Kris Jenner, 59, and good friend/make-up artist Joyce Bonelli got in on the shenanigans, also showing off their 'burgeoning bellies.'

Kourt's younger sister Kylie joined the playful picture too but opted to put the padding on her posterior instead, looking extra bootylicious.

Kim is expecting her second child. a baby boy, with husband Kanye West in December.

The two are already parents to daughter North West, two.

Kourtney has three children - daughter Penelope and sons Reign and Mason - with her ex longtime lover, Scott Disick.

Earlier in the day, Kourt took to Instagram to share a throwback snap for her sister's birthday.

The girls look so much alike, they could easily be confused as twins which is understandable as Kourtney is only one year older than her mini-me sister.

The mother-of-three captioned the snap, 'She has been my partner for life. We always seem to end up on the craziest adventures together. I love and admire the person you have become and learn from you every day. Happy Birthday!'

And as Kim celebrates her milestone birthday, she's opening up about just what her time as the undisputed queen of reality TV has taught her.

Sharing a list of the '35 things I've learned before tuning 35,' Kim gives insights into everything from striking the perfect pose ('know your angles'), to when to wake up ('early').

And on her birthday, her family rushed to celebrate with her.

And she wrote a glowing tribute on her website to her big sis: 'Real talk, Kim Kardashian West is bae.

Their sister Khloe has spent the last seven days at the bedside of her estranged husband Lamar Odom. But with the former NBA star out of immediate danger and showing signs of recovery, Khloe took a moment to thank her supportive sister.

'Happy birthday, Keeks,' she wrote on her website. 'You're not only my sister but my dope ass best friend! I couldn't be more proud to call you my sister.
