Tottenham keep monitoring Eden's brother Thorgan Hazard as potential transfer target

Tottenham are maintaining a watching brief on Thorgan Hazard, brother of Chelsea star Eden.

The 22-year-old left Chelsea for Borussia Monchengladbach last summer in a £5.9million deal, though the Premier League champions have a buy-back option.

Thorgan, one of four footballling brothers, impressed on loan for Monchengladbach last season and has continued his good form during their Champions League campaign.

Tottenham had scouts at their match with Juventus on Wednesday night, the second time they have watched the Bundesliga side in recent weeks.

Hazard was a target for Tottenham while at Lens, prior to joining Chelsea, and the attacking midfielder remains on their list of potential targets.

Club scouts are also continuing to watch Gent striker Laurent Depoitre and team-mate Moses Simon.
