Two people were shot during a party in a $1.8million Queens house which was being rented out through Airbnb.
More than 200 people reportedly overran the property after a man rented out the property in Bayside, New York City, and posted an invite to Saturday's birthday party.
Tyree Walker, 27, is said to be in a stable condition and his friend Shaun Lee, 23, is believed to be in intensive care but expected to survive, after the pair were shot in the early hours of yesterday morning.

'My friends got f****** shot. I'm just praying they're all right.'
One neighbor described seeing a 'mob' of young people invading the area.
Police said Mr Walker, who was shot in the chest, and Mr Lee, who suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen, were leaving the basement of the rented house when the gunman fired.

In a now-deleted Airbnb advert, the owner of the house wrote: 'My house is in the heart of Bayside. It's a very clean and safe neighborhood.
'The neighborhood has a security officer drive around to look out 24/7. I have an ADT security system.'
Cops said the organiser paid $1,000 to rent out the basement. People reportedly paid between $15 and $25 to get into the party and security guards were hired.
