So Tamara Ecclestone's day out with her 19-month-old daughter Sophia and husband Jay Rutland was so surprise when the trio were spotted heading to top Italian restaurant Scalini in London on Saturday.

The 31-year-old socialite was wrapped up warm in a chic dove grey coat with a loose jumper and over-the-knee boots as she led her family into the eatery.

Socialite Tamara Ecclestone shows us how to rock a classic fall look: jeans, boots, a sweater and coat.

In Tamara's case, she's opted for neutral colors on a gray rainy day in London. She paired a double-breasted gray coat with an off-white V-neck sweater and then chose Stuart Weitzman's Lowland (flat) over-the-knee boots as the kicker, literally.

Tamara, whose father is Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone, nailed autumnal chic in her grey overcoat, which boasted a just-above-ankle length hem, and oversized black buttons.

She kept the look simple with a cosy cream V-neck jumper and skintight jeans while rocking sexy, suede over-the-knee boots.

Her ombre locks were worn in big bouncy curls while she kept her make-up simple with a strong brow, a lick of mascara and a touch of lip gloss.

The stunning star clutched an iPad as she headed into the restaurant, no doubt to keep her little one entertained as she enjoyed her relaxing meal with her family.
