But while she's certainly dedicated to staying in shape, it seems Hilary Duff certainly doesn't deny herself the occasional treat.

On Saturday the actress posted a makeup free selfie on Instagram after a workout.

Pouting in the snap she shared to her 4.5 million Instagram followers, the star held up an ice pop while showing off her flawless skin.

She captioned the photo: 'Wait @shawnvance this was the post work out snack you told me was ideal after that work out right???'

But whatever her choice of snack, the beauty's training regime seems to be paying off, as seen on Glamour.

Hilary wears an intricate dress featuring feathered fringe and silver beading.

The 28-year-old posed pretty in the short-sleeved frock, which had beaded flowers on the top half of the piece.

The actress' tiny waist was highlighted by the silver beaded belt that separated the feathered fringed bottom half of the dress on the cover.

Her blonde hair was voluminous and wavy, cascading down her shoulders.

The singer held onto a leather jacket, which had silver zipper detailing, draping it on one shoulder. Her other hand was perched atop her full skirt, decked out in several silver bracelets and rings.

The stylist for the shoot, Karen Levitt, shared an additional photo from the shoot, with Hilary rocking a Sonia Rykiel star patterned top, Fendi sunglasses, and an Eddie Borgo choker.

For the fall cover, the starlet wore pink glossy lips, subtle smokey eyes, rosy cheeks and defined brows.

The blonde bombshell tweeted the cover, writing: 'Had a fun time on this one! @glamourmexico Thanks for the awesome shoot! Can't wait to see the inside pics @dvonw.'

For the past few weeks, the former Disney starlet has been spotted all over New York City filming new season of her TV Land show.

On Thursday, the mom of one was caught filming the show, dressed in a black mini skirt, a bird patterned collared shirt and a grey long vest.

Her toned legs were on full display in the short skirt, which she paired with light grey booties.
