She was mingling with the great and good of the music world at a star-studded ceremony.

But Hailey Baldwin well and truly ensured all eyes were on her as she arrived at the MTV Europe Music Awards at the Mediolanum Forum in Milan, Italy, on Sunday night.

Bringing some model glamour to the occasion, the 18-year-old catwalk queen showcased her incredible figure in a perilously plunging cutaway minidress.

Putting her cleavage on show as she arrived at the music event, Hailey sported a very daring number with an eye-wateringly high hemline and racy cut-out panels on the side.

The teen runway star teamed her tiny dress with towering black strappy sandals, while the garment's 60s-inspired scarf detail trailed down her back.

Hailey wore her blonde locks swept back from her face, and sported smokey eye make-up to complete the dramatic effect of her ensemble.

The MTV European Music Awards red carpet was a mixed bunch.

Justin Bieber worked an all-red baggy jeans vibe, Geordie Shore's Vicky Pattison was elegant in a bandage maxi dress and Tallia Storm wore a barely there caged cut out number, so Hailey Baldwin fitted in beautifully in a daring dress that left little to the imagination.

The model, and member of the coolest girl gang in the world alongside Taylor Swift, Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner, rocked a statement piece from Atelier Versace's AW15 Couture collection.

This is the definition of 'plunging' and we have to say we're fans of the slinky boning and sheer panels. It's overtly sexy for sure, but Hailey pulls it off in style. Speaking to MailOnline on the red carpet at the event, she said: 'I'm looking forward to seeing Tori Kelly perform... And Bieber, I saw him rehearse and it looks awesome.'

The evening proved to be a big night for Hailey, who made her presenting debut tasked with handing out the award for Best Video.

After the ceremony Hailey admitted she needed to work on a few things for next time.

It was a good night indeed for Hailey's close pal Justin, who was one of the early winners at the star-studded awards ceremony.

The star was no doubt overjoyed as he was feted with the Best Male gong for the sixth year in a row, as well as picking up Best Worldwide Act: North America.

The 21-year-old singer beat fellow stars Pharrell Williams, Kanye West, Jason Derulo and the awards show's host Ed Sheeran for the Best Male Award, which was the first big prize to be announced.

In his acceptance speech, Justin said: 'Wow thank you it's been a long couple of years. I just feel like this is pretty awesome to be recognised for my music.

'I want to thank my fans, my mum my dad, God and everyone I love you thank you.'

After collecting his first award, Justin took to the stage to perform his hit, What Do You Mean.
