They both rose to fame as Burberry's trench coat-wearing faces of British fashion.

But Suki Waterhouse and Neelam Gill appear to be coming together on a new project, after they were seen looking spectacular in traditional sarees for a video shoot at Heathrow Airport on Saturday.

Suki, 23, and Neelam, 24 appeared to have traded catwalk runway for airport runway to make a new advert for British Airways together.

Former One Direction star Zayn Malik is said to be 'smitten' with Neelam - and her profile just keeps rising.

The Coventry-born starlet looked elegant in a burgundy and gold saree with intricate detailing for the ad at the weekend.

Neelam had a black wool scarf draped over her shoulders as she filmed in the cold London weather.

The beauty wore a rich burgundy lipstick to offset her outfit and added a touch of blusher to accentuate her cheekbones.

Her floaty floorlength skirt was patterned with gold and burgundy detailing as she moved gracefully across the runway.

Neelam Gil seems to be making all the headlines. When the Burberry model isn't causing a stir with her 'friendship' with Zayn Malik, the model is dressing up in Sarees with Suki Waterhouse.

Before her change in gear, the model donned a comfy attire of leggings, a white tee, leather boots, a padded bomber jacket and a pom pom cap.

Suki's surprise: The model looked gorgeous in her floorlength skirt but swapped heels for more casual footwear

Meanwhile Suki didn't compromise on comfort, and wore a cheeky pair of black trainers under her stunning navy and gold outfit.

Her blonde locks were left loose and softly curled to tumble over her shoulders.

She completed her stunning look with Indian head jewellery.

Gorgeous Neelam made her catwalk debut modelling for none other than Burberry.

Talking about her runway experience she told Paper Mag: 'I practiced literally every day after I got cast. I would go out to my garden in these Burberry shoes and get my mum to record me on my iPhone.'

But despite her success, model-of-the-moment Neelam has revealed life wasn't always so glamorous.

The 20-year-old, who hails from Coventry, has detailed the abuse she received from classmates back at school.

Speaking in a candid interview with ES magazine's Susannah Butter, the model, who hails from a working class family said: 'I was awkward, never the hot girl, not even the pretty girl.

'Everyone was disgusted at how gangly I was. They looked down on me because I had less money. They wore the brands I model for now, which is ironic.'
