Time Square's topless desnudas have been hired by a mystery client to ambush celebrity chef Bobby Flay.

The semi-naked ladies suprised the restrauntuer at the New York City Wine and Food Festival where they paraded round with the word 'cheater' painted across their bare chests.

Flay recently divorced his third wife, Law & Order actress Stephanie March, amid rumors he had several affairs - including an alleged relationship with Med Men star January Jones.

But the 'desnudas' - a Spanish word meaning naked - are not giving away the game as to who hired them for the stunt to humilite Flay.

Their manager, Chris Oliveri, 25, who believes the Time Square street performers could use their new-found fame for a reality-TV show or U.S. tour, said: 'I was paid a lot of money not to say anything.'

However March's lawyer denied her client was involved and said it could have been 'any of the disaffected people in [Flay's] world.'

It's not the first time someone has gone out of their way to embarass the chef.

In June the celebrity chef was honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. But as Flay, 50, addressed the crowd of fans gathered for his big moment, a plane appeared overhead trailing a banner that said: 'Cheater.'

It was taken by many to be aimed at the Food Network star whose estranged wife has accused him of cheating on her.

Flay filed court documents on April 10 seeking a divorce stating that his 10-year marriage to the Law & Order: SVU star has 'irretrievably broken down.'

The former couple had a very public and very bitter split in March as the marriage between the two celebrities descended into acrimony and recrimination as they fought over money.

During the divorce March accused the chef of repeatedly cheating on her during the 10-years they were together, including a three-year relationship with one of his assistants and a liaison with Mad Men star January Jones.

In Touch's source alleged that March claimed court papers that Bobby committed adultery with January several times during the early months of 2010.

'She says they had sex many times and in different places, including the London hotel in Los Angeles.'

In June 2010, TMZ claimed that Bobby showed up to the scene after 37-year-old January crashed her car.

At the time, the 50-year-old said they had watched a basketball game together at the London hotel the previous evening and that the actress has asked for his number because she wanted his advice on redoing her kitchen.

He added to the website that they had only met once before that evening, and he didn't know why January had called him after her accident.

March's lawyer denied her clinet had anything to do with the denudas after the couple's relationship broke down

Last month, a source told the New York Daily News that Stephanie, 40, had questioned Bobby about whether he was romantically involved with January, following his appearance at the car crash scene.

'I know Stephanie basically asked him after January Jones, 'Did you f*** her?'' an insider told the site, adding that Bobby denied anything untoward was going on.

In Touch's source claims: 'They had a huge fight over January shortly before Stephanie asked him to move out of their place. There is communication between Bobby and January that indicates they were more than acquaintances.'

The magazine goes on to allege that Law And Order: SVU star Stephanie claims in the divorce documents that Bobby also cheated on her with his assistant and a food stylist.

January, whose son Xander was born in September 2011, is currently rumoured to be dating her The Last Man On Earth co-star Will Forte.

A report also appeared in New York Post's Page Six which claimed that the break up was down to him having an affair with his 28-year-old assistant Elyse Tirrel.

Flay has vehemently denied the affair.

His team accused March of digging dirt in order to get a larger divorce payout which was limited by a prenup between the couple.

'We will continue to refrain from responding to the continued efforts by certain parties to spread rumors and innuendo,' his rep said in response.

'This specific allegation was in a letter sent from one attorney in this case to the other. It was written and then leaked specifically to try to insert this story into the press, and that's unfortunate.'

Under the terms of a prenuptial agreement, March is entitled to $5,000 a month in spousal support following a divorce but the actress argues that it's not enough, especially as she has cut back on her career due to ill health.

She has suffered from a burst appendix and three infections, which she has allegedly claimed in court has prevented her from working as an actress.

But her estranged husband, who is reportedly worth about $20 million, claims her health issues are caused by her decision to undergo breast augmentation surgery, according toTMZ.

March appears to have custody of their two beloved Mainecoon cats - Taco and Nacho.

Thrice-divorced Flay has a 19-year-old daughter Sophie - who attends the University of Southern California- with his second wife Kate Connelly.

March accused Flay of being MIA during their 10th wedding anniversary and when she was rushed to the hospital for an appendectomy.

In July the couple released a statement to say they had finalized their divorce.

'We have come to an amicable divorce settlement,' Flay and March told People.
