This is the hilarious moment a model tripped and smashed the set on The Price is Right.

Host Drew Carey was just about to go to a commercial break after a contestant won the 'Double Prices' game when one of his glamorous assistants, Amber Lancaster, took a tumble.

The 35-year-old appeared to trip in her stilettos and fell backwards.

Luckily Amber was unhurt - except for her pride - but the same cannot be said for one of the stage lights which was smashed to pieces.

The model was mortified while the Carey was shocked and exclaimed 'What..geez!' The contestant also looked horrified and asked:  'Did I do that?'

However, her fellow co-worker, a model standing next to the game's quad bikes prizes found the scenario hilarious and burst out laughing.

As the show cut to commercial, Lancaster said: 'I'm fine. I'm just gonna die of embarrassment real quick.

But she proved she had a sense of humor about the incident when she tweeted a clip of the fall and wrote: 'Yep that's me. Just stumbling around on stage for no reason at all. #soembarrassed.'

It's not the first time one of the assistants on The Price is Right, which has been on the air since 1956 when it was hosted by Bill Cullen and later Bob Barker, has made an embarrassing gaffe.

Earlier this year her co-worker Manuela Arbeláez made a historically bad blunder when she accidentally gave away a $21,960 car.

Contestant Andrea had been trying to guess the price of the Hyundai Sonata SE. But when she gave the incorrect answer of $19,849, Arbeláez accidentally removed the cover for $21,960 revealing the winning answer.

The ecstatic contestant screamed in delight at seeing the 'WIN' card, shouting 'I won it!' as a horrified Arbelaez covered her face embarrassment.

The model was clearly mortified while the Carey was shocked and exclaimed 'What..geez!' The contestant also looked horrified and asked: 'Did I do that?

Host Carey said 'Congratulations! Manuela just gave you a car! Way to go! The game is over, folks.'

The humiliated model later said she had 'wanted to go in a wormhole and disappear' after the gaffe.

'I knew there was no way to fix it. I went to this dark place, and I thought I'd get fired or it would be taken out of my paycheck,' she told the Daily News.

She was not sacked and said that both the show's producers and Carey had been very understanding of her $20,000 giveaway.
