The Bush singer and No Doubt front-woman settled details of their high profile divorce at the weekend, according to TMZ.

It's believed the former flames will share joint custody of their three children, Kingston, nine, Zuma, seven, and Apollo, one.

While the agreement provides equal guardianship, it's thought Gavin will have the kids more often than the No Doubt singer because of her hectic touring schedule.

It's reported the couple did not sign a prenup before tying the knot, though Gavin has agreed to take less than his 50% share of the community property.

Despite California law entitling each of the spouses to half of their fortune, it's thought the Bush rocker's decision to take a smaller fraction could help them reach a quicker settlement.

If everything runs smoothly, the judge will sign the final divorce documents by the end of the year.

MailOnline have contacted both Gwen and Gavin's reps for comment.

Announcing their divorce in a joint statement in early August, the couple said: 'While the two of us have come to the mutual decision that we will no longer be partners in marriage, we remain partners in parenthood and are committed to jointly raising our three sons in a happy and healthy environment.'

The musicians, who for the most part kept their relationship out of the public eye, started dating after meeting in 1995, when No Doubt opened for Bush on tour.
