Hailey Baldwin rarely deviates from gal pals Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid and her sister Bella Hadid.

But while in Milan on Saturday night, Hailey found company in Pretty Little Liars BFFs Ashley Benson and Shay Mitchell.

The trio are in Italy ahead of Sunday night's hotly anticipated MTV EMA awards but that didn't stop them spending some time out late and exploring the capital city.

Shadows: Hailey Baldwin cut a dark figure on Saturday night as she headed out for a girls' night out in Milan

Hailey was easy to miss in all black, putting on a leggy display in her plain jeans and chunky high heels.

She layered on a leather jacket with a black beanie, though her model pout wasn't easy to disguise until she broke a smile with the girls in a cab.

Pretty Little Liars actresses Ashley and Shay, who were cast in the programme since 2010, linked arms as a symbol of their close bond.

Shay opted for a racy display with her lacy bralet on show beneath her velvet blazer to match a pair of wide leg trousers.

The brunette, glammed up with a black cherry lipstick, parted her hair at the middle in her signature style and wore it loose and straight.

Ashley, meanwhile, kept her outfit more reserved in a knitted roll neck top and a maxi skirt that hinted at her toned legs with a high side split.

She was perhaps keeping something in check for Sunday night's red carpet appearance, where she was sure to be suitably glamorous.

It was announced on October 13, 2015 that Shay and Ashley would reunite to grace the stage together at the awards bash and present an accolade.

Similarly, Hailey will be acting as one of the stage hands on Sunday: passing out an award to one of the lucky music stars, while also looking out for her close friend Justin Bieber as he puts on one of the top billed performances.
