Ditching your diet? Make-up free Halle Berry devours a slice of pizza before stocking up on groceries at Bristol Farms

Her TV series Extant was recently cancelled, and Halle Berry isn't reported to be filming other projects any time soon.

The 49-year-old actress appeared to be enjoying her break as she was seen indulging in a slice of pizza on Sunday.

The X-Men star was spotted make-up free while biting into a slice of the fast food favourite, as she and her kids Maceo, one, and Nahla, six, dined at Westfield Village in Woodland Hills, California.

Amid onlookers, the trio opted for an al fresco meal by sitting outside at the eatery.

Later, the Oscar-winning star showed her domestic side as she made a grocery run at Bristol Farms market in Los Angeles.

Halle was casually clad in a sheer long-sleeved black blouse which she teamed with loose heather grey tracksuit trousers that scrunched below her knees.

Meanwhile, a Los Angeles airport employee who claims he was pushed to the ground by Olivier Martinez in January is seeking at least $5 million in compensation from the French actor and his Hollywood star wife Halle Berry.

Ronaldo Owens was at work at LAX when Martinez, who'd flown in from Paris with Berry and their two young children, allegedly used a baby's car seat to shove him out of the way, causing him to fall backwards onto the floor.

According to TMZ, Owens filed a lawsuit Monday that claims he was attacked for no reason, that he was not in the family's path and he had every right to be standing where he was since he was an employee at LAX.

Halle will next be seen in the silver screen in 2016's film, Kidnap.
