And Denise Van Outen, 41, wasn't shy about showing it off as she took to Instagram on Monday to share a snap of herself enjoying a half-term holiday to Dubai.

The TV and radio presenter looked sensational as she displayed her sculpted physique in a sultry two-piece while on the beach in the United Arab Emirates.

Posing with her hand on her hip, Denise's washboard stomach, sculpted arms and toned legs were on full display in the beach-side snap.

Her blonde locks were beachy and relaxed, a pair of sunglasses pushing her hair back away from her face.

She said: 'My weight fluctuates. I’m lucky in that I take after my dad so I’ve got quite a slim build, but I do have to take care of myself. More so now that I’m getting older.

'But I think just because of the work that I do and the fact it involves theatre means that whenever I’ve got a show coming up I have to really look after myself.

'I’m aware of the benefits of feeling good when you can fit into your skinny jeans.'
