Beaming Tina O'Brien cuts a cheerful figure as she spends some quality time with her one-year-old son Beau

She's currently enjoying a week off to spend time with her children during half term.

And Tina O'Brien looked to be reveling in their quality time as she was seen out and about in Manchester's Media City with her young son on Tuesday. 

Enjoying a late morning stroll with a female friend, the 32-year-old star was positively beaming as she spent the day with her one-year-old tot, Beau.

The Coronation Street actress wrapped up warm for the walk in a beige duster jacket, which she gave an edgy finish with the help of a khaki scarf, emblazoned with a skull and crossbones motif, ripped skinny jeans and black ankle boots. 

Her blonde locks were clipped back from her face, which had been enhanced with a thick kohl eyeliner, though she allowed her side fringe to hang freely. 

The soap star couldn't resist gushing about her excitement at spending time with her two children earlier this week, writing on Twitter: 'Last scene to do then it's Half term and a week off work with my little munchkins I'm going to squeeze them till they pop'.

The soap star's time off also coincides with her daughter Scarlett's birthday, with the star offering her little girl a sweet birthday message on Monday.

'Happy birthday to my funny, happy cheeky lady Scarlett. 7 today love you so much xxx,' she gushed on Twitter yesterday.

The star's outing comes just a day after it was revealed that Scarlet's father and Tina's Coronation Street co-star Ryan Thomas was arrested and thrown in jail overnight following a booze-fueled toilet brawl in the Lake District. 

The 31-year-old star was also fined £90 - which he paid - after police were called to the venue, where he was later hauled off in the back of a marked van.  

He then spent a night in the cells at Kendal police station before being released the day before his daughter's seventh birthday. 

One witness told The Sun: 'It took at least ten minutes to get him outside as he was kicking off. Suddenly about five or six police vans turned up. Cops round here don't mess about when someone can't handle their drink.
