It was alleged the commissioner may not have had proper insurance cover at the time of the incident.  The IPPC (Independent Police Complaint Commission) said she might also have driven without the right insurance on a number of occasions leading up to a crash in Dartford on September 16 last year.  However, after reviewing the report, the Crown Prosecution Service decided in February not to pursue charges saying it would not be in the best interest to prosecute.

However as she started to get more adventurous, she started holding tighter onto the black rubber, and was eventually picks up and dragged upwards. Her aunt, who had been on the phone, managed to grab the child's arm (left) - but as the youngster toppled over the edge, she could only hold on for a fraction of a second (centre) before losing her grip. After vanishing down the gap (right), the girl plunged to the first floor of the shopping mall, crashing to the ground.

Food artist Annabel Lector, from Birmingham, created an array of cakes and puddings that looked uncannily like body parts for a revolting Halloween feast for 150 people.
