Heatlh woes: Kim, 37, was forced to leave Dancing With The Stars last month when she suffered a mini stroke after flying home to Atlanta after a performance
In September, her stint on the popular celebrity dancing programme was cut short after being deemed 'medically unfit' to compete following the stroke.
And, earlier this month, the star was forced to hit back at claims that her penchant for a tight corset waist-trainer was responsible for her health woes.
The star donned her waist-trainer for another selfie as she hit back at criticism saying 'By no means did my waist trainer cause my blood clot or my TIA.'
Kim started her long picture caption by saying: 'Good morning!!!! You guys know I love my @nowaistclique waist trainer, I have heard all sorts of ppl commenting on "what might have caused my mini stroke"
Honing her figure: Kim recently hit back at commentators on social media who said her waist trainers caused her mini stroke
She continued: 'let me be real clear, I am a very healthy woman who takes great care of myself, however I was born with PFO (a hole in my heart) which enabled a clot to cross over and stop oxygen to my brain for a very short time in turn causing me to have a TIA, I will be having heart surgery to repair it.
'By no means did my waist trainer cause my blood clot or my TIA. I would never use anything nor promote anything that I personally didn't love or something that was dangerous. I LOVE LIFE WAY TOO MUCH! and I have a whole lotta living to do #KeepItTight #Hourglass #CommentRudeIBlockYou #HeartAwareness #THANKYOUFORALLYOURPRAYERS'
