October is annual Breast Cancer Awareness month, but the focus is mainly on women - breast cancer is the most common cancer in females.

But the One For The Boys campaign aims to make men realise that breast cancer is also a notable threat for them, too.

According to their website, their main objective is 'to get men talking about cancer by removing the myths around it, and changing their attitudes towards their health.

'By bringing some blue to what seems to be a very pink world, we aim to get men paying more attention to their bodies when something might be wrong.'

While a relatively uncommon form of cancer in men, it kills over 70 men a year.

Meanwhile, away from his charitable efforts, Mark has been busy promoting his latest movie, Spotlight.

The handsome gent appeared alongside his co-stars Liev Schreiber and Stanley Tucci at the New York premiere of the film on Tuesday, joined by his wife Sunrise Coigney and their son Keen.

Spotlight, which also stars Rachel McAdams, tells the true story of how the Boston Globe shook up the Catholic Church by uncovering a massive child molestation scandal and cover-up within the local Catholic Archdiocese.
