It was a popular character made famous by Kate Beckinsale.

And Sarah Hyland did a good job of channelling the Hollywood actress as she dressed up as Underworld’s vampire warrior Selene for Halloween.

The 24-year-old beauty, famed for playing Haley Dunphy on Modern Family, turned heads as she headed to No Vacancy in Hollywood on Saturday night.

Accompanied by her friends, who were dressed up as the crew from Suicide Squad, the American star drew heaps of attention to her slender curves in a sexy leather jumpsuit.

She added a short black coloured wig and bold blue contact lenses to the seductive look, while her facial features were enhanced with flawlessly applied makeup.

Ahead of the night’s proceedings, she took to her social media sites to post: ‘Selene comin at ya hard tonight #underworld.’

Earlier on in the week, Sarah dressed up as a sexy mouse to party the night away at Los Angeles' Le Jardin nightclub.

Despite opting for a look that was more cute than creepy, the pretty star looked to be immersing herself in the Halloween fun nonetheless.

The Vampire Academy actress showcased her petite frame in a fitted white vest top, which she paired with a sheer white tutu skirt and white tights.

Sarah added to the look by wearing a pair of fur sleeves along her lower arm, as well as fur leg warmers, layered on top of white platform stilettos.

Her outing came just hours after the star cut a demure figure in a plunging pink gown adorned in diamantes at the amFAR Gala.   

While the gown was sweet, she added an edge with her dark make-up, featuring a bold purple lip with plenty of liner. 

Her caramel locks were worn in a chic up-do, with a front wisp of hair left out and tousled to make for a more sultry finish.

By now we've seen a ton of Halloween costumes but we'd have to say that Annalynne McCord's disguise is one of our favorites, right up there with Heidi Klum.

The 90210 star dressed as Annabelle, the demonic doll from the eponymous movie, and we can't get enough of her cute little baby doll dress and knee high socks.

But it was her Miu Miu pumps that really took this outfit to the next level. The adorable Mary Janes were adorned with a bow and had a platform, peep toe silhouette and a chunky heel.
