Karl Lagerfeld always said he would marry his cat Choupette if he could because she's the perfect companion for him.

That made Fergie the ideal person to dress up as the furry white, blue-eyed feline alongside her husband Josh Duhamel, who went as the famed designer to this year's Casamigos Tequila Halloween party on Friday.

The couple was the cat's meow as they sashayed to the bash in Beverly Hills, Fergie catching attention in her furry jacket and tail and perky cat ears.

Here comes 'Karl Lagerfled and his cat Choupette': Fergie and husband Josh Duhamel were the cat's meow at the Casamigos Tequila Halloween Party in Beverly Hills on Friday

Fergie took the opportunity to showcase her curvy figure as well, wearing a low-cut white bodysuit and sheer white skirt that outlined her toned legs.

The Black Eyed Peas singer wore a white bob wig to go with her pointy satin ears and there were delicate whiskers drawn across her cheeks.

As an ode to the creative head of Chanel, Fergie clutched a bullhorn dressed with the Chanel house logo.

Even her black white-toed high heels resembled the paws of a kittycat.

Josh equally impressed while dressed as the 82-year-old German fashion designer and Lagerfeld himself might even have done a double take.

Duhamel sported a white bouffant wig and was attired in the glorious style befitting a style mogul including leather trousers and matching jacket, white shirt and tie featuring a jewel design.

Fancy: Josh cut an impressive sight in a black leather suit and jewel tie that that might even have caused Lagerfeld a double take

Let's party: Josh led his lovely wife by the hand while Fergie sounded the party alarm with her designer blow horn that featured the Chanel logo

Black leathe mits, polished black boots and the trademark opaque shades made up the rest of Josh's winning esemble.

Fergie strolled hand-in-hand to the party with Josh, wearing tinted shades that she later removed to show off her sparkling blue eyes.

Lagerfeld's cat is world-famous not only for being a beauty but for her bank account as well.

As the designer boated to New York Magazine's The Cut, Chaupette pulled in $3 million euros (or $3,302700 US dollars) on modeling gigs last year.

'She did two jobs and made three million euros last year,' Lagerfeld allowed. 'One was for cars in Germany and the other was for a Japanese beauty product. I don’t allow her to do foodstuffs and things like this. She’s too sophisticated for that.'

'She had something unique. She is like a human being, but the good thing is that she’s silent. You don’t have to discuss it. She hates other animals and she hates children.'

When in New York, Choupette stays in her own $650-a-night suite at the luxury Mercer Hotel with two maids at her disposal.

'She is kind of Greta Garbo... She’s an inspiration for elegance. For attitude,' Lagerfeld added.
