And Demi Moore still managed to outshine other women half her age on her latest outing.

The evergreen 54-year-old actress looked absolutely flawless as she hit the red carpet at the 12th Annual CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards in New York on Monday evening.

Demi turned heads as she showed off her svelte figure in a black Zac Posen ottoman halter dress featuring a diamond-shaped cutout at the chest and several lined, patterned panels down it at the gala held at Spring Studios.

Her skin looked just as perfect as her figure did as she accentuated her defined cheek bones with just a bit of pink blush and kept the minimal make-up look going with pale pink lip.

She wore her straight signature raven-coloured locks down flowing over her shoulder as she finished off the look with a pair of black Christian Louboutin heels.

Demi has kept a relatively low profile lately as she has not been seen on the red carpet since arriving at the Salvatore Ferragamo 100 Years In Hollywood celebration with her daughters Tallulah and Scout Willis back in early September.

The A Few Good Men actress was not the only one who scintillated at the gala event as Amanda Seyfried was a wonder in white at the event.

The 29-year-old actress wore a dress that looked like a nighty as it was made of silk with a lacy detailing at the chest.

Amanda completed the look with matching open-toed heels as her blonde locks were pulled back in an elegant updo as she was also joined on the red carpet with Givenchy creative director Riccardo Tisci.

Several other of the fashion worlds finest were also in attendance including Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour, president of the CFDA Steven Kolb and designer Diane von Furstenberg.

Models Chanel Iman, Karlie Kloss, Jessica Hart, Devon Windsor and Toni Garrn along with thespians Zendaya, Samira Wiley and Zachary Quinto were also at the fashion-centered gala.

The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and Vogue have created an initiative to support emerging American talent as they award three designers with a monetary prize with one ultimately being crowned the victor.
