Reese Witherspoon modelled items from her own retail brand, Draper James, as she headed to a studio in Santa Monica on Tuesday.

And the 39-year-old made the perfect advert for it, looking absolutely gorgeous in her smart and chic look.

Reese wore a plaid navy tweed blazer that retails for $325, over a $200 navy top with embroidered Peter Pan collar.

The actress paired the pieces she designed with skintight high-waisted jeans, highlighting her shapely legs.

Reese stands at a petite 5ft 1in, but gave her frame a generous boost with navy pumps that featured sky high spindly heels.

The Oscar winner styled her blonde locks in a fuss-free but on-trend top knot, accessorising her stylish outfit with a black handbag and oversized sunglasses.

Coordinated: Reese also wore sky high navy pumps, and highlighted her shapely legs with skinny jeans

Reese – who was spotted chatting animatedly on the phone after stepping out of her car – wore natural make-up to enhance her pretty features.

Before heading out on Tuesday, she shared a yearbook photo of herself as a child on Instagram to support the Let Girls Learn initiative.

‘In school, I learned that reading great books can change the way you see the world. #62milliongirls do not get that opportunity. So honored to support #LetGirlsLearn!’ Reese wrote.

The Wild star and southern belle launched Draper James in May 2015, and the retail brand opened its first store in Nashville, Tennessee last week.

Things are keeping busy for Reese in Hollywood too, as she is currently working on a new TV series called Big Little Lies, which she will produce and star in. Nicole Kidman is also set to star in the show.

Reese additionally will be appearing in upcoming comedy/drama Downsizing with Matt Damon, Neil Patrick Harris, Jason Sudeikis and Alec Baldwin, and has also signed on to star in the movie Wish List.

Meanwhile, the star revealed her hopes for a third Legally Blonde film while appearing on Fashionably Late With Rachel Zoe last month.

‘I think we're ready to see Elle and see what she's up to lately,’ Reese shared. ‘A lot of writers over the years have come up with different ideas for it.

'I actually think it's kind of great right now, because we're talking about women in politics and how important that is, to get more women.

'I think it'd be kind of a cool thing to have her be a Supreme Court Justice, or somebody who runs for office,' she continued before adding at co-host Derek Blasberg's suggestion, 'President?'
