Her husband added to his vast tattoo collection last week.

Victoria, 41, flashed a look at her fading ink as she left the star-studded party held at the fashion house's Regent Street store.

The star, who has been married to David for 16 years, has her husband's initials as well as a Hebrew translation of the phrase 'together, forever, eternally'. inked on her left wrist.

On her right, she has the roman numerals VIII-V-MMVI representing May 8, 2006 – the date the couple renewed their wedding vows – above the Latin phrase 'De Integro', which translates as 'again from the start'.

The ink is said to mark the couple's new beginning in the United States, after the former England captain moved to the club LA Galaxy in 2007.

Both wrist tattoos appeared noticeably fainter as Victoria stepped out with her sons Romeo and Cruz on Tuesday evening.

In September, the celebrated designer revealed that her large neck tattoo, a Hebrew design reading 'Ani l'dodi li va'ani lo haro'eh bashoshanim', meaning 'I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine', is also fading. David has a matching design on his arm.

The former Spice Girl also has five stars inked on her lower back, one for herself, her husband and each of the couple's three sons – Brooklyn, 16, Romeo, 13, and Cruz, ten, a design she had done before the birth of their daughter Harper in 2011.

It's long been rumoured that Victoria has been undergoing painful laser treatment to have some of her extensive tattoo collection erased after becoming concerned the ink was not befitting of a high-powered businesswoman.

While Victoria seems keen to get rid of her ink, David, who wasn't at Tuesday's bash, is only adding to his tattoo collection.

Just last week the former footballer unveiled an extra special design, in an Instagram photo first shared by a proud Victoria.

Joining the growing list of artwork adorning his body, the former England midfield ace sported a fresh tattoo on the palm of his right hand - visible just above the Roman numeral inking from his Man Utd. days.

Depicting a smiling little girl with her arms outstretched, the tattoo designed by his four-year-old daughter Harper shows that she's possibly inherited some of her mother's artistic streak.

Obviously bowled over by her husbands dedication to their children, and Harper's cute drawing, Victoria captioned the image: 'Harper is a true little artist x x vb ❤️.'

David then posted his own shot, a colour version along with the words: 'Apparently Harper is allowed to scribble on daddy.'

The doting dad also shared another new addition to the canvas that is his body, this time designed by his three sons. A photograph of his ribcage showed the etched words: 'We love you daddy.'

In the caption alongside it, David explained: 'The boys expressing how they feel about daddy.'
