Since they started dating this summer they've become quite the committed couple.

And it seems that Nina Dobrev and her boyfriend Austin Stowell share more than a passion for acting, as they appeared in high spirits following a trip to the gym in Vancouver, on Tuesday.

Showcasing their toned and trim bodies - as well as their love of keeping healthy - as they left a yoga session, the actress, 26, and her 30-year-old movie star beau appeared in high spirits.

Looking fresh faced despite having just indulged in a workout session, Nina couldn't help but smile as she and Austin emerged into downtown Vancouver in their sports gear.

The former Vampire Diaries beauty showcased her gym-honed thighs and calves in a pair of form-fitting black leggings.

Rounding off her practical gym look, the Bulgarian-born star wore a low-cut sports vest and matt-black track top.

Nina rounded off her workout wardrobe with a pair of black running shows, which she put to good use when bounding across the busy road in front of the gym.

The Let's Be Cops star wore her brunette mane tied back in a ponytail, and further secured it in place by wearing an old, faded baseball cap.

And - despite the weather being overcast - the actress accessorised her sporty look with a pair of wide-framed sunglasses.

Obviously keen to keep his own muscular and lean frame in top-condition, Whiplash star Austin had clearly enjoyed a sweaty workout at the yoga class.

Opting to train in a tee-shirt, blue sports shorts and a pair of garish orange and navy trainers.

With his brown locks slightly dishevelled and drenched thanks to his workout session, the Public Morals star appeared fresh faced as he strolled alongside his girlfriend.

Since they started dating in June the couple have become almost inseparable, enjoying a romantic and luxuriously long stay in the South of France together.

More recently Nina accompanied her beau to the premiere of his latest film Bridge of Spies, which stars Tom Hanks and was directed by Steven Spielberg.
