She’s currently making waves in the music industry, having collaborated with the likes of Clean Bandit and Tinie Tempah.

And now Jess Glynne has unveiled the new music video for her latest track, Take Me Home, which also serves as this year’s BBC Children In Need single.

The video sees the 26-year-old songstress strip down to the nude as she shows off her vulnerable side, breaking down in tears to the words of her tune.

In a recent Facebook post, she said : ‘Finally... I can show you all the video for Take Me Home - I'm so pleased and nervous that it's finally out. This is a song about the need to have someone who cares when you are at your most vulnerable.

‘It's an emotional song for me and I have to admit it brought me to tears filming the video, not because I was sad but because I was so grateful that I had someone to get me out of the dark hole I was in xxx’

The new song features on her debut album, I Cry When I Laugh, along with Right Here - the album's first single, which was released last year.

Earlier this week, it was announced as the official single for this year's BBC Children In Need.

She joins a long list of famous faces who have lent their voices to Children In Need over the years.

In 2013 the song was Ellie Goulding's How Long Will I Love You, and Girls Aloud also supported the charity in 2012 with Something New.

If Take Me Home reaches the top spot on the singles charts, Jess will make history as the first British solo female to have had six number one singles.

The singer was nominated for Best New Act and Best Push act at this year’s MTV Europe Music Awards and Best Female and Best Song at the MOBO Awards.

Downloads of Take Me Home are immediately available, but hard copies will be released on November 13.
