Gwyneth Paltrow has announced her next GOOP venture - a book publishing company.

The actress flashed her long legs and wore a chic grey sweater dress and black tights as she appeared onstage at a Fast Company event moderated by Katie Couric in New York City on Tuesday.

The 43-year-old was joined by her GOOP CEO Lisa Gersh as they discussed their lifestyle brand and revealed plans to start a publishing imprint that will publish her next cookbook.

Lifestyle guru: Gwyneth Paltrow annonced plans for a new GOOP publishing imprint while appearing at the Fast Company Innovation Festival in New York on Tuesday

Healthy living enthusiast Gwyneth's cookbooks It's All Good and My Father's Daughter have both been bestsellers.

'We're really thrilled because we're starting a book imprint with Grand Central Publishing,' she told Yahoo!'s Katie Couric, reports Fast Company.

'They're great publishers, and so my next cookbook will be the first book on the Goop imprint.'

The actress appeared to be in her element at the business event, smiling and laughing as she talked about plans to expand her GOOP empire.

The Oscar-winner wore minimal makeup and left her blonde hair down and parted in the center.

The first release will be Paltrow's 'It's All Easy' cookbook, which comes out in April. A beauty book is scheduled for next fall.

Paltrow launched her lifestyle brand GOOP as a newsletter in 2008 and now operates her brand through the website goop.com.

The Oscar-winning actress said Tuesday she's 'excited to memorialize' goop for audiences across the world.

Gwyneth's appearance comes after she admitted that her divorce from Coldplay singer Chris Martin had come as a shock because she didn't 'come from a culture of divorce.'

The 43-year-old actress was candidly sincere when speaking about the split during the Pearl xChange Q&A hosted by Nicole Richie in Los Angeles on Sunday.

'I am from a tribe of people who stay married. My parents stayed married until my dad died.'
