Amanda Blackburn (pictured center with her husband Davey Blackburn and son Weston, and right again with Davey), 28, was shot in her Indianapolis home (pictured left) as she tried to defend herself and her one-year-old son, Weston, from a burglar on Tuesday morning. She was pronounced dead on Wednesday. Her husband, Resonate Church pastor Davey Blackburn was at the gym when the incident occurred and came home to find his wife wounded at about 8.30am. The suspect is still on the loose and police are offering a $1,000 reward to anyone with information. Officers are still investigating the incident.

On Monday, November 9, 2015 at approximately 2:18 P.M., San Jose Police "911" dispatch received a call regarding a male with a gun who forcefully entered a residence on the 4400 block of Camden Avenue.

Arriving officers set up a perimeter around the location of the residence and blocked off roadways. Special Operations Unit was called in to assist and they took over perimeter positions from patrol officers. Evacuation of homes in the surrounding area was initiated. 

At approximate 5:05 P.M., the suspect exited the residence armed with a least one handgun. The suspect, later identified as Leonel Acevedo, fired shots in the direction of officers. One officer returned fire and struck the suspect. The suspect was pronounced deceased a short time later. As officers were searching the residence they located an adult female suffering from at least one gun shot wound. The female, later identified as Yolanda Najera, was pronounced deceased at the scene.

Following this incident, the woman's family had a video surveillance system installed at her home. However, in India, a country where one in 100 births are twins, it wasn't an easy mission. In the end the hunt took the IT professionals five years - but the moment they saw nurse twin sisters Reena and Reema, they knew they had struck gold. But two sets of twins were never going to be enough for their wedding, held in Thrissur, Kerala State on India's west coast, so the couples ensured they had as many as possible - including twin page boys and flowers girls (inset) and were even married by twin priests.
