'Practicing my blue steel look': Penelope Cruz finally joins Instagram where she shares photo with her Zoolander 2 co-star Ben Stiller

Penelope Cruz joined Instagram two weeks ago.

And on Thursday the 41-year-old Spanish bombshell posted a photo with her Zoolander 2 co-star Ben Stiller.

The two were puckering up as they struck model poses.

The brunette beauty posted a snapshot mimicking Stiller's character, Derek Zoolander's humorous well known 'model face.'

Cruz isn't the only one utilizing Instagram to promote the sequel as the comedic character has his own social media account and posted a photo with the Spanish beauty as well.

'On my way to #bluesteel your girl @penelopecruzoficial,' Zoolander captioned his photo, a name based on Dutch model Mark Vanderloo and American model Johnny Zander. 

The first Zoolander film came out in 2001 which followed Stiller as Zoolander and Owen Wilson, as Hansel, rival models who try to outdo each other.

In the highly anticipated sequel Derek and Hansel join forces to combat an opposing company attempting to force them out of the business.

Stiller and Wilson will not be the only original cast members to return for the hit comedy, as Stiller's wife Christine Taylor and Will Ferrell will further be joining the antics for another crazy trip.

Comedy genius Kristen Wiig will also join the cast and cameos have been named including Justin Bieber, Kanye West and Olivia Munn. 

Zoolander 2 is directed by Ben Stiller and written by Stiller, along with Jennifer Aniston's husband, Justin Theroux. 

The film is scheduled to be released in February 2016 by Paramount Pictures.
