He plays a hunky doctor on television.

And it seems that Jesse Williams just can't turn off the charm off camera either, much to the appreciation of his wife Ayrn Drake-Lee.

The two splashed around and looked every bit in love as they vacationed in Miami, Florida, on Tuesday.

The Grey's Anatomy star, known as Dr. Jackson Avery to fans, opted to catch some rays and went shirtless for the day.

Wearing just a pair of light blue swimming trunks with red accents and a matching drawstring, the 31-year-old's buff body was bared for all to see.

His wife, whom he married in September of 2012 after having dated for five years, arrived to the beach in an Aztec-print cover-up.

Its pink, red, orange and purple colours popped on the beach, and a neon yellow hand bag only added more fun to the ensemble.

Beneath her cover-up, she wore a simple black one-piece swimsuit that accentuated her stunning hourglass figure.

The couple joked around in the water, with Aryn lovingly looking up at her husband.

Having been together since the time Jesse was a school teacher prior to his acting career, it's clear they still have eyes only for each other.

The actor said in 2010: 'She's stuck with me through thick and thin. We know each other in and out.'

Jesse, who got his big break in 2008's Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants 2, will next appear in The Butler alongside actors Forest Whitaker, Cuba Gooding Jr., James Marsden and Oprah Winfrey.

The drama about the life of Cecil Gaines who served eight presidents as the White House's head butler from 1952 to 1986 is to be released to U.S. theatres on August 16 of this summer.

He has nice eyes but below the neck, he's not exactly fit. - Gr8p , Metropolis, United Kingdom, 12/6/2013 20:36 You need glasses! Sure, he is not cut up, underwear model-ready, but he is lean. If you think he has a spare tire, you definitely need Lasik fast! Fit means having a smaller than typical American waist... and that he does have. And you can even see abs poking through. Sure, he could be leaner (as in 3 percent BF) but he is not a bodybuilder nor an underwear model.
