She recently got candid with Ryan Seacrest about her pregnancy, saying: 'Don’t ever make me go through that again...How miserable it is, swollen feet and heartburn. It is the worst.'

However, on Monday Kim Kardashian seemed to take her mind off of the misery for a bit as she enjoyed what looked to be a girls' night alongside her assistant Steph Shep.

And the 35-year-old showed off her extremely ample assets in the shot, modeling a plunging black top in the series of selfies she shared with her 51.9 million followers on Instagram.

Kim wore a sleeveless, form-fitting black top for the outing, which featured a daring V-neck that put her cleavage firmly on display.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star went accessory-free, letting her dramatic, revealing ensemble stand out as she stepped out on Monday.

The mother-of-one (soon to be two) showed off a bold, smoky eye and long, dramatic lashes, balancing the look with a soft, pink lipstick.

She wore her raven tresses slicked back and out of her face, and was pictured without husband Kanye West or their two-year-old daughter North.

In one shot - simply captioned 'Hi' - the E! star pouted her lips as she looked at the camera, angling to most effectively show off her figure.

A second photo saw the star playfully posing alongside her assistant, who similarly dressed in an all-black ensemble, with her long, dark tresses in soft waves. She captioned this one 'Mondazeeee.'

While Kim was thrilled when she learned she was expecting her second child, the star has admitted she's ready for her pregnancy to be over with.

'I am so over it… I am beyond over it,' said the star, who is expecting a son (due around Christmastime) with rapper husband Kanye. 'I said this last time. I said I am done.'

And though Kim admitted she is grateful for finally getting pregnant after all of the difficulty that she went through, she still didn't lose her candor on what she was going through with her pregnancy.

'It was really hard this time for me to get pregnant. …[but] at the end of the day it doesn’t mean I have to like it,' she said.
