How to get the enviable physiques of the stars.

This week: Rachel Weisz's waist.

Accompanying her husband Daniel Craig to the premiere of his latest James Bond movie, Spectre, Rachel Weisz stole the limelight in a figure-hugging floral dress that accentuated her tiny waist.

For a waist like Rachels, try double leg raises. They are a yoga move that helps to strengthen muscles in the hips and the waist, homing in on the abdominal obliques at the sides

Nab a floral maxi like Rachel

Her husband may have been the star of the evening, but at the Spectre premiere in London, Rachel Weisz certainly held her own in the sartorial department. The British actress stunned in an Alexander McQueen floor-length floral gown with matching clutch and, although hiding behind her husband in some snaps, we couldn't take our eyes off this frock..

McQueen can do no wrong in our book. Rachel's dress hails from the spring collection, a parade of "romance, beauty, positivity, flowers blooming," according to designer Sarah Burton. The collection was also meant to conjure up images of old clothing, slightly yellowed or faded with age as a reaction to today's obsession with fast-fashion.

While ultra feminine, Rachel's exact dress also features boning in the shape of a corset, a nod to the label's naughty history. And notice the signature skull clasp on her floral clutch: these are contrasts that always make McQueen so compelling.

Sadly, we have to wait until next year to nab this dress, but click right to check out the current McQueen collection at Net-A-Porter.

Alternatively, see below, because we've plucked floral-printed maxis from Nordstrom Rack, Lulu's and Shoptiques.

The 45-year-old is known to be a keen runner, which helps her to stay lean, but her toned physique is also down to regular Pilates.

'I'm naturally very muscly, so I'm into lower-impact exercise,' says the mother- of-one.

In the past, she has worked with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, who advocates short, intense 25-minute workouts and five 'mini meals' a day.

What to try:

Double leg raises are a yoga move that helps to strengthen muscles in the hips and the waist, homing in on the abdominal obliques at the sides. Lie on the floor on your right side with your right arm bent, so that your hand is propping up your head. Stack your legs on top of one other, at an angle slightly in front of the torso.

Place your left hand on the floor in front of your torso for support. Breathe in and simultaneously raise both legs a few inches off the floor. Lower and repeat five to six times, before changing sides.
