Bindi Irwin has paid tribute to her late father on Steve Irwin Day, describing him as 'the greatest dad on earth'.
The 17-year-old took to Instagram to share a photograph of the wildlife expert, telling followers she was 'extremely proud' to continue his legacy.
'The greatest Dad on earth,' Bindi wrote beside an image which showed her father holding up a lizard.

'November 15. Steve Irwin Day. Remembering everything Dad worked so hard to achieve and continuing his legacy,' the youngster said.
'We miss you so much and are extremely proud to be carrying on in your footsteps,' she continued.
Writing the post from Los Angeles, where she is currently taking part in Dancing With The Stars, the teenager described the day as an occasion to 'celebrate together on the other side of the world.'

'Thank you for joining us in making a difference. Wearing our khakis and remember everything Dad did to change the world,' she finished the emotional post.
Bindi was joined in her tribute by her DWTS partner, Derek Hough, who shared a touching photograph of the brunette with her father when she was a girl.
'It's officially #steveirwinday in Australia. He will always be remembered,' the 30-year-old captioned the photograph in which Bindi is seen balancing on her father's shoulders as he stands in a river.
Bindi was recently named the winner of a sustainability award in Queensland and donated her prize money to Australia Zoo.

Dedicated: The teenager is an ambassador for Australia Zoo and continues to promote its work around the world
Announcing the accolade on social media, she said: 'I have donated the funds from this award to the Australia Zoo Wildlife Hospital.
'We must work together to create positive change, and I will continue to dedicate my life to making a difference in our world.'
She meanwhile continues to dazzle on Dancing With The Stars, achieving near perfect scores every week.
