'I stay away from her at all costs': Seventeen cover star Bella Thorne details feud with a spoiled Hollywood 'mean girl' - but doesn't reveal the identity of the young 'billionaire'

  • The actress, 18, opened up in a new interview about a girl 'in the business' who is 'very, very mean'
  • The girl, who Bella declines to name, has been a 'billionaire' since a young age and 'never had to work for anything in her life'
  • She also opens up about her relationship with boyfriend Gregg Sulkin, 23, and about growing up living on food stamps

Bella Thorne knows her mean girls - after all, she has played one herself in The Duff just earlier this year.

But even she, a gorgeous, leggy and successful actress and model, isn't immune from the odd bully and, the 18-year-old has revealed, she even has one in her own business that she avoids 'at all costs'.

In a new interview with Seventeen magazine, Bella revealed that her 'mean girl' is 'very, very mean', adding: 'I never say hello to her'.

Turn heads in a tribal print dress like Bella

Bella Thorne stunned on the cover of Seventeen magazine in a sparkly blue dress, but it was this Valentino frock from the Resort 2016 collection that was truly our favorite look.

Covered in a tribal geometric print, the skirt was cut in strips to reveal a see through tulle design underneath. The red haired beauty wore it under a khaki colored coat also by the Italian brand that carried the same tribal motif.

Valentino's Cruise line featured their signature bold patterns with ornate floral embellishments and statement outerwear pieces.

Bella's dress won't be available for some time, but you can shop Valentino's current offerings at Net-A-Porter with a click to the right.

And if you're stuck on tribal mode, head south to the edit where you'll find more styles from Forever 21, Ronni Nicole and more.

'Her siblings are not mean like she is. It’s just her,' she says. 'One of the reasons I don’t like her is because she’s been a billionaire since she was very little, and she’s never had to work for anything in her life.'

The suggestion has thrown fans into a flurry of speculation, guessing that the mean girl in question must be one of a set of famous - and rich - siblings, such as the Jenner girls Kendall and Kylie, Bella and Gigi Hadid or one of the Baldwin girls.

On her own upbringing, Bella opened up about living off food stamps, saying that the hard times led her to become a hard worker.

'I’ve never really talked about it. I wasn’t hiding it, and it wasn’t like, “Oh, I’m embarrassed because we don’t have money”,' she said.

'It was, “Oh, we don’t have money, so we’re going to work that much harder.” It was scary, though, because you really want those jobs. It’s a different hunger when you want your family to eat.”

Inside the December/January issue of the magazine, Bella also stars in a series of photos, including one featuring her leaning against an orange car while wearing a form-fitting blue sequined dress.

Another image shows the teenager in a coat and dress bearing designs similar to those seen in Native American beadwork - completing the look with her hair in a pair of long braids and long earrings.

In the interview, Bella also dished on her current boyfriend Gregg Sulkin, 23, confessing that her jealous ex-boyfriend's habits continue to affect her relationship with Gregg.

'An ex of mine and I knew each other’s phone passwords, and he was constantly going through my phone. I learned not to do that because anything can be misread,' she said.

'Gregg has my password, but he doesn’t go through my phone. The ex and I also had a "Don’t talk to the opposite sex” rule, so if a guy I was working with wrote me, it would be a big problem.'

She also revealed the heartbreaking reason why, at 18, she still hasn't moved to get her own driver's license.

'No, not yet. I don’t have my permit either,' she responded. 'I have a fear of driving. My father died in motorcycle accident. I’m not mature enough to accept the responsibility of perhaps taking someone else’s life.'

The star, who turned 18 last month, will be featured on the cover of Seventeen’s December 2015/January 2016 issue, which hits newsstands November 24.
