Step inside the Asia Gardens Hotel in Benidorm where England are staying ahead of their friendly with Spain on Friday night.

As they prepare to face the reigning European champions, Wayne Rooney and Co will be experiencing the lap of luxury at their resort.

At a hotel where the cheapest of the rooms is referred to as 'deluxe', you can even go all the way up to the 'deluxe presidential suite', where a night's stay can set you back around £1450.

The hotel also has two golf courses to keep the Three Lions entertained on their short stay, six pools, as well as a theme park, a water park and an animal park within a five-minute drive.

Should any of them get peckish, there are also 10 restaurants to choose from, with everything from a champagne bar to a zen snack bar.

And on the theme of zen, there are also Bonsai gardens aplenty for the squad to stroll through and unwind.

Raheem Sterling, Harry Kane and any other member of Roy Hodgson's side could also enjoy a whole host of Thai Spa treatments or, should they be in the mood, even partake in a rebirth wellness program.

If not, Tai chi, Yoga and Pilates are also among the activities on offer in the Asia Gardens.

Or if they are after something a little bit livelier - a cocktail workshop or an Asian cookery show.

Hopefully none of this luxury will distract England from the real matter at hand, which is their friendly in Alicante on Friday night.

Hodgson's side will face a far sterner challenge against Spain than at any point in their straightforward qualification campaign, where England won all 10 of their games to progress to Euro 2016 next summer.

Tottenham striker Kane is in line to lead the attack with in-form forward Jamie Vardy and captain Rooney set to miss out through injury.

While Kane's team-mate Eric Dier could be in line for his first senior cap and fellow Spurs midfielder Dele Alli could make his first international start.

The 19-year-old has impressed so far this season and came off the bench in England's final two qualifiers last month against Estonia and Lithuania.
