Vicki - who has also been dealing with the drama surrounding her ex Brooks Ayers lying about his cancer treatment - jetted to Oklahoma the day before the surgery, to be by her daughter's side.

'Briana’s surgery went well,' she tweeted following the procedure carried out on November 13.

'She is recovering at home with her husband, 2 babies & me. Thank you everyone for your thoughts & prayers!'

And the reality star has also been lending a hand by babysitting Briana's two children Troy, three, and Owen, 16 months.

On Saturday, Vicki posted a photo to Instagram which showed her cuddling up to the youngsters at dinner, along with the caption: 'My happy place.'

She has also revealed via social media that Briana and her family will be relocating back to Orange County to live nearer to her after having their offer on a house accepted on Monday.

Meanwhile, the star's ex-boyfriend Brooks has been the subject of much debate on The Real Housewives Of Orange County, with Vicki's co-stars convinced that he has been lying about his cancer diagnosis.

Last week, Brooks said he faked documents to make it look like he was getting treatment at City Of Hope hospital in Duarte, California, which had no record of him as a patient.

However, he still maintains that he does have cancer.

After Brooks' confession, Vicki gave a tearful interview to Extra's Mario Lopez, who asked her what she wanted to say to him.

'Karma. I hate him. I hate him with everything in me and I don't hate people,' Vicki said, as her voice cracked with emotion.

'I trusted him. I defended him. I took a bullet for him when people didn't like him.'

Brooks released a lengthy statement to E! on Wednesday which read: 'Words cannot express the deep regret that I have in fabricating documents to "prove" to the world that I, in fact, have cancer.

'What I did was wrong and inexcusable. I acted alone, without Vicki's knowledge, to produce documents for a reality TV show in hopes of putting doubts about my cancer to rest.'

The businessman said he had never intended to provide his personal medical records or other details about his 'private and personal medical history.'

He also vowed he will not comment publicly any more about his 'personal journey with this disease.'

Following Brooks' revelation, Vicki tweeted: 'I don't talk to him nor will I ever speak to him again. This man is sick.'

On Friday, she once again insisted that she had no idea of the extent of her former boyfriend's deceit, tweeting: 'It's not about ME or believing me - this is on him. I have nothing to do what he has pulled regarding med records and his health.'

Meanwhile Vicki's co-star Heather Dubrow and her husband Terry said Brooks needs 'serious psychological help.'

On The Real Housewives Of Orange County reunion show last month, Briana said that he had hit on her while she was pregnant, offering to expose himself to her and boasting about the size of his penis.

Brooks promptly 'categorically' denied this, telling E!: 'It's a typical Briana move, creating a "He Said, She Said" scenario that once again puts her mother in the middle of a no-win situation.

'I'm glad that I no longer have to deal with this unnecessary drama.'
