As Broadway beckons, sexy Megan Fox proves she's a show-stopper even without a scrap of make-up

As most women will admit, it's hard to look - or indeed, feel - sexy when you're rushing about completing chores with your hair scraped up.

But Megan Fox is not most women, and ahead of the 25-year-old's first Broadway appearance, she has proven again that she looks the part of a leading lady.

That she managed it today without a scrap of make-up and in a dirge of dark colours, speaks volumes about the film star's luminous beauty.

The look was only broken up with ruby red heels, but it was a killer figure that rescued the dowdy ensemble.

Critics have sometimes been unkind about her thespian ability, but it's hard to argue that a beauty like this won't light up the screen.

Or later this month, the stage, because Megan is to take part in this year's 24 Hour Plays, in which cast and crew meet and create and produce six short plays in the space of one day.

She'll be joined by American Pie's Jason Biggs, Social Network star Jesse Eisenberg, Save The Last Dance big hitter Julia Stiles, renowned comedian Sarah Silverman and the legendary Woody Harrelson on November 14th 2011.

She was famously sacked from the third Transformers film after comparing director Michael Bay to Hitler during a press interview and was quickly dumped and replaced by British model Rosie Huntingdon-Whitley.

And her last film Passion Play, in which she starred with Mickey Rourke, lopped in spectacular fashion and went straight to DVD.

Comedy may be her saving grace, as she also has a Judge Apatow project This Is 40, which also stars Chris O'Dowd and Jason Segal, in the pipeline.
