According to the site, Chick will receive $2,693 in child support and  $20,249 for spousal support. It adds up to more than $275k a year.

The divorce has not yet been finalized.

Baccarin and Chick have joint custody of their son, but since she films in NYC, he mostly stays with his mom.

Bitter: The documents claim: 'Apparently he changed his mind and returned to Los Angeles with the child when he learned that [Baccarin] had a new boyfriend'

In early November, it was claimed the ex was happy to co-parent their son in New York until he found out about her new boyfriend.

According to court papers obtained by People, Chick had agreed to live in NYC but changed his mind when Ben McKenzie came into the picture.

Baccarin and Chick were married for almost four years until he filed for divorce in June.

She now claims to be five months pregnant with her Gotham co-star's baby.

The actress and her 44-year-old ex entered a custody battle over their child, which she won, allowing her to keep the boy in New York where she shoots the Batman prequel drama series.

At the time of the ruling, it was reported Chick was granted permission to visit his son once a month for eight days, and could bring him back to LA every two months for an eight day visit.

But according to the new legal documents, Chick - a currently unemployed director, screenwriter and producer - had agreed to live in a separate apartment in New York paid for by Baccarin so they could co-parent.

He 'shipped some furniture there and actually stayed there with the child for approximately two weeks in July,' the papers claim.

But they add: 'Apparently he changed his mind and returned to Los Angeles with the child when he learned that [Baccarin] had a new boyfriend'.

The court also notes that Baccarin's OBGYN claims the pregnancy is high risk and that she should avoid extensive air travel - another reason for her to remain with Julius in NYC instead of flying back and forth from LA.

In September it was revealed in separate court documents that Baccarin intends marrying McKenzie as soon as her divorce from Chick is finalized.

Meanwhile documents previously filed by Chick paint a different picture of the timeline.

According to TMZ, he claimed the Brazilian became pregnant while they were still 'working on their marriage'.

He said that his wife told him she was three-and-a-half months pregnant in September, which 'places the moment of conception right in the first week of June, 2015, the time she was telling me she wanted to work on our marriage and well before we stopped sharing a bed'.
