Carry on a backpack by MCM like Ruby Rose

If you thought it was still okay to be wearing a leather bottomed Jansport backpack then you better think again.

Lately we've seen a spike in the backpack trend, with A-listers slinging around super luxe carryalls by labels like Fendi, Saint Laurent, Chloe and Proenza.

We totally understand why! Despite being completely functional, they also inject a youthful tomboy touch to any outfit.

And while brands like Fendi, Proenza and Chloe all come with hefty price tags, MCM is a luxury label that falls somewhere in the mid range.

But if indeed you were looking to get Ruby's look for less, then have a gander at our edit below where we've pulled together some of our favorites from around the web!

She took in fights including the showdown between Robert Whittaker and Uriah Hall.

Last week, Ruby also attended the GQ Men Of The Year Awards and scoped the coveted Woman Of The Year.

She also had come under fire at the weekend when she took to social media to share her shock about the terror attacks in Paris, France.

She shared a picture on social media that read: 'Pray for the entire world,' and captioned it: 'Let's be honest.. Pray for humanity. What is happening in the world.. Today has been devastating. #lebanon #paris #syria and everywhere under attack right now. this is not a blanket post this is a post for today's horrific news which spans many countries.'

Some fans responded due to her referring to the bombings in Lebanon and Syria the same day.

Ruby shot back, and confirmed: 'Wow! Guys my pray for the world post is not taking away from Paris. It's about the other incidents today #paris #syria #lebanon,' she said.

'There were bombings in Lebanon and Paris today. I am saying the world is in trouble. Terrorism is at large.

'Love breeds love. Hate breeds hate... My heart and my love goes to Paris and everywhere in state of emergency right now. Heartbreaking day,' and added: 'please stop comparing my prayer for the world today as an 'all lives matter' blanket post. It's about the terrorist attacks today.'

Indeed, she had also shared a post about Paris alone, writing in part of it, 'please pray for France.'

She also defended herself sharing a quote of what US president Barack Obama said, that read in part: 'This is not just an attack on Paris, not just on the people of France, but this is an attack on all of humanity.'
