Pictured: Scott Disick on property hunt with Million Dollar Listing's Josh Altman as he 'searches for new family home while he works out differences with Kourtney'
When some people go through a breakup they buy themselves some nice new clothes or a tub of ice cream, but not this reality star - he spends big on the real estate market.
Scott Disick was spotted scouring the multimillion dollar streets of Beverly Hills, California, on Wednesday.
While recently he has turned his attentions to house flipping, insiders say this time the 32-year-old may be looking for something more permanent - so has enlisted the big guns.

On the hunt: Scott Disick was seen looking at properties in Beverly Hills, California, on Wednesday
The embattled Keeping Up With The Kardashians star was getting helping hand on his home hunt by Million Dollar Listing's Josh Altman and his brother Matt.
The reality stars were seen visiting numerous Beverly Hills properties which ranged from ready to move in to fixer uppers, some of which he shared on his Instagram.
Obviously things were going well as Josh seemed in a particularly good mood smiling away as they left a rather grand and private Beverly Hills property.

For keeps: The 34-year-old reality star has been flipping houses of late but reportedly has his eye on something a bit more permanent
The one? Obviously things were going well as Josh seemed in a particularly good mood smiling away as they left a rather grand and private Beverly Hills property
According to TMZ, one of the homes that caught Scott's eye is already a celebrity-owned home.
The sprawling property was tennis ace Pete Sampras' and before that belonged to Kenny G.
While TMZ reports the home due to its star-studded past is a 'baller pad', Dailymail.com can confirm it is fact much more of a grand family home.
The five bedroom, six bath home is located in the leafy Benedict Canyon and has 1.5 acres of grounds which includes a Sampras-designed large tennis court and pool.
On the mend: Scott was looking happy and healthy perhaps thanks to his recent rehab stay. The star is now doing a 60 day outpatient program
Very private: The house was tucked away into the mountain, so that if he moves in he will have lots of privacy
Decisions, decisions: The reality stars were seen visiting numerous Beverly Hills properties which ranged from ready to move in to fixer uppers, some of which he shared on his Instagram
Inside has a warm but luxurious country feel with a giant kitchen and formal dining.
But the star also saw a number of other properties, so it is not clear yet of he has picked a favourite.
While Scott has been trying to move into flipping homes - and even tried to work with ex Kourtney Kardashian to renovate them prior to their split - according to InTouch the star wants to find a family-friendly property.
On the list: One property that has reportedly Scott's eye was a Beverly Hills property that was tennis ace Pete Sampras' and before that belonged to Kenny G
Not a bachelor pad: The house is more of a grand family home with a warm rustic but luxurious feel
Space for all: The five bedroom, six bath home is located in the leafy Benedict Canyon and has 1.5 acres of grounds which includes a Sampras-designed large tennis court and pool
The magazine reports that the star wants to ditch his bachelor pad in Beverly Hills for something that he can bring Mason, 5, Penelope, 6, and Reign, 11 months.
His current property, a source told the Dailymail.com, is where he has been inviting models back to for big not so-family man parties late at night.
The Benedict Canyon home, which agent Joe Babajian has listed for $6.495, would perfectly fit into his family home plan.
Property proof: Reportedly Scott is hoping that ex Kourtney Kardashian will see he is serious about getting well and being a good dad to children Mason (pictured last month), Penelope and Reign (not in photo)
Go gray in distressed jeans by J Brand
This season, like the last one, is all about flared jeans.
But if a bell bottom really isn't your thing then don't worry. Skinny jeans are still big news and distressing is sticking around too. In fact it's fair to say skinny jeans are now in the fashion hall of fame so won't be going anywhere, ever.
And one fan of the super slim cut, and of jeans in general, is Kourtney Kardashian. This girl has more denim than we've had hot dinners and one of her favorite styles is this cropped cut by J Brand.
Featuring a raw hem and rips at the knee, they've got that rock 'n' roll edge we all love and in gray make a cute change from blue and black. Get yours now at J Brand.
Or save your hard earned cash and shop the gorgeous grays that won't break the bank in our edit below.
Money maker: Scott has been working with property developer Ilan Sharone to buy and flip houses for a profit
Office romance: The reality star and his at the time girlfriend, tried to work together on his housing project with disastrous results
According to InTouch, his bachelor pad 'depresses' Scott - who is now completing a 60-day outpatient program after going to rehab - and so he wants a 'family-friendly' place.
The source told the magazine: 'He wants to do things right. Kourtney loves him and can see that he's changed.'
TMZ's sources also said Scott does not plan to flip the home this time, but it is not clear if he will move in, rent the place or let it sit vacant as he plans 'to hold on to whatever he buys now, until he can sell it for a hefty profit.'
Coming soon? It is not known if Scott will star on the popular show Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles
It is not known, given his realtors, whether Scott will appear on Million Dollar Listing.
If he does, he would actually be the second ex of one of the Kardashian sisters to appear on the show.
Last month Kim's former husband Kris Humphries appeared on the Bravo show buying a $6.2 million home which sits on the ridge overlooking Beverly Hills.
The Altman Brothers' costars James Harris and David Parnes sold the mansion to the basketballer, and, unlike the places Scott looked at, it was certainly a bachelor pad.
