Feds gain court order to visit RHOA star Kandi Burruss and seize expensive motorbikes being stored by Apollo Nida
The government's watchful eye apparently includes The Real Housewives Of Atlanta.
Federal authorities in recent episodes of the Bravo reality show were tipped that inmate Apollo Nida had expensive items tucked away in the garage of show star Kandi Burruss, according to an article on Thursday by TMZ.
Nida, 37, was a fixture on the reality show as the husband of Phaedra Parks, 39, but was sentenced in July 2014 to eight years in federal prison after being convicted of mail, wire and bank fraud charges as well as identity theft and money laundering.

Burruss, 39, and her husband Todd Tucker during the RHOA season eight premiere on November 8 were shown cleaning their garage ahead of the arrival of their first baby together.
Tucker revealed that Nida had an expensive ATV and motorcycle stored in Burruss' garage while he was in prison.

The 2014 Ducati and Yamaha Raptor ATV also were mentioned on Sunday's episode as Parks and Burruss tried to repair their fractured relationship.
Parks told Burruss that she was taken back when approached by stranger seeking to purchase Nida's motorcycle from Burruss and Tucker.
The mother of two also said that government officials came to her house seeking the vehicles, but she couldn't tell them where to find them.

Time to talk: Phaedra Parks and discussed their strained relationship on Sunday's show and Nida's belongings that were being stored in Burruss' garage were a point of contention
Federal authorities on Tuesday sought a court order from a judge allowing them to visit Burruss and seize the vehicles, according to TMZ.
Parks was noticeably absent when Nida was sentenced 16 months ago in US District Court in Georgia.
The couple married in 2009 and have two-year-old son Dylan and five-year-old son Ayden together.
Parks during the season premiere insisted to her mother that she planned on filing for divorce from Nida.
Happier times: Nida and Parks are shown in June 2012 in Atlanta
