Australia's Got Talent is set to debut next year, with auditions officially kicking off this week.

But it seems judges Kelly Osbourne and Sophie Monk, 35, are becoming fast friends, with the British personality taking to Instagram on Saturday to share a selfie of herself with the blonde beauty.

Kelly, 31, captioned the shot to her more than two million followers, 'You guys have no idea how much I love working w/ @sophiemonk I think we are in love! @gottalentau.'

The image appears to have gone through an app and has a white love heart border.

Across it also reads: 'Love, love, love, sweet love.'

Kelly shows off her braided lilac mohawk and head tattoo in the image, and looks stylish clad in a shiny black blazer and sunglasses.

Sophie meanwhile, wears an emerald green top and has her short blonde locks out and with makeup including a smokey eye.

After the post, Sophie also shared the image to her followers and it seems the feelings are mutual, writing: 'I'm unhealthily obsessed w @kellyosbourne haha.'

The duo have been busily filming scenes for the upcoming show and have been judging the auditions in Melbourne.

Also on Saturday, Kelly - who has appeared as a guest judge on Australia's Next Top Model and Project Runway: Juniors - shared a picture of herself with the crowd in the background and beams in the shot.

She captioned it: 'Day 2 of auditions for Australia's Got Talent we had such a good audience yesterday can you top it today #MELBOURNE?'

Kelly and Sophie are on the judging panel for the series alongside the likes of Ian 'Dicko' Dickson - who has appeared on shows including Australian Idol - and actor and comedian Eddie Perfect.

It seems the backstage shenanigans between the group have already began, with Kelly also sharing this week images of herself in a red dress and of Ian dressed up in a velvet red cloak and a feather boa.

She asked her followers which 'dress up look' they preferred.

Hosting the talent show will be comedian and radio personality Dave Hughes, and upon all the cast meeting for the first time, Kelly said online that 'it's a total love fest.'

Dicko's return to screens comes after he endured some controversy during his time on Australian Idol.

In the first series, the former record company executive was accused for fat shaming Paulini Curuenavuli who was just 21 at the time, for wearing a figure-hugging gold dress.

He had told her to reconsider what she wears in future, that caused shock among viewers.

Ian had said at the time that it happens in the industry and would typically be spoken about behind closed doors.

He eventually left the show in 2005.
