Lead singer Kurt Cobain, bassist Krist Novoselic and drummer Dave Grohl, who is currently frontman of the Foo Fighters were pictured on the tee.

Despite releasing only three studio albums, Nirvana sold over 75 million records worldwide, making them one of the best-selling bands of all time.

Sadly however, Cobain suffered from drug addiction and depression, and committed suicide at 27-years-old in 1994.

Kanye was spotted chatting on his phone in the shirt while working from his office in Calabasas when he showed off his rocker style.

He paired the throwback look with black denim jeans and matching sneakers with a simple gold chain wrapped around his neck.

The rapper has been working on his seventh studio record, Swish for over two years but still doesn't feel it's ready to be released because it 'gets better every week.'

Speaking on the Real 92.3 radio show earlier this month he explained, 'I don't want to overly describe it or overly try to hype it up.'

'The work is slow. I've had a while to work on it,' Kanye explained. 'I separated with a couple of the tracks that were on my album that I gave to other people.'

West previously revealed Swish is based on 'embracing joy' which is in contrast to Yeezus which was a 'protest' against the fashion industry.

'My last album was a protest of music,' the American Boy singer stated. 'This album's just embracing the music, embracing joy, and just being of service to the people.'
