Grab a Birkin like Kyle

Let's say you had the money to buy your very own Birkin bag by Hermes (they can range in price from about $10,000 used to $85,000 for a new croc version), would you do it? We know of one celebrity who parked her hard-won Birkin outside of a yoga class one day only to come out to find that it had been snatched. It's akin to wearing a rock on your finger so big, you're in constant fear of being robbed.

That said, plenty of women think nothing of spending the price of a luxury car on a piece of arm candy like the Birkin bag. Take Kyle Richards, snapped here in Beverly Hills, proudly sporting hers. If you're like her and you've been jonesing for a while to get your very own Birkin bag, click right to get a used version at Vestiare Collective.

If you're like most of us who'll be just fine with a knockoff, see below. Even a splurge for a Prada bag won't set you back as much as Hermes would. And, if you ask us, we'd feel just fine sporting a tote by Michael Michael Kors at only $298.

The 46-year-old looked glamorous in her coat and over-sized sunglasses as she went shopping with a friend in the upscale area of Los Angeles.

The actress carried a black leather handbag and pulled her brunette hair back in a ponytail. She added bright red lipstick, and wore blue jeans with black leather flats.

Kyle also wore a  pretty diamond necklace in a geometric pattern, diamond earrings and two large rings.

It appears her older sister Kim will be returning to the series for season six after making headlines for her erratic behavior, arrests and struggles with addiction in recent months.

The 51-year-old Kim did her fourth stint in rehab in April, after she was arrested for public intoxication at the Beverly Hills Hotel.

And in August, she was arrested for allegedly shoplifting from Target in Van Nuys, California.

The troubled star was reportedly fired from the Bravo show, but appears to be back after she was spotted filming scenes with costar Yolanda Foster in Beverly Hills park last month.

Kim also appears in the trailer for season six, which premieres on December 1.

Kyle recently told Entertainment Tonight her sister is doing much better.

'My sister's doing really well,' Kyle said. 'She needed this time to take of herself, and that’s what she’s done. She’s in a good place, so we’re happy.'
