Jessica Alba hit the stage for a discussion on impacting social change during the 2015 Pennsylvania Conference for Women on Thursday.

The 34-year-old sat down with women's rights activist, Gloria Steinem, and The Life is Good Company co-founder, John Jacobs, for the conversation while at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.

The actress, who wowed in a black sleeveless blouse and plaid skirt, is the co-founder of The Honest Company.

Her company, which she launched in 2011, features non-toxic and eco-friendly baby, household and personal care products.

During her sit-down interview, conducted by Gloria, the mom of two talked about why she founded The Honest Company as well as the role of the internet in social issues.

The beauty wore a high-neck blouse featuring a peplum-style hemline, which she paired with a black, grey and white skirt.
