Australia's property boom has been very generous to some of the country's richest and most famous - with the top 10 'celebrity sales' of the past year netting a combined $120 million.
The list includes some of Australia's biggest names - led by casino mogul James Packer's $70 million divorce settlement sale of the six-bedroom 'La Mer' mansion in Sydney's eastern suburbs.
Socceroos superstar Tim Cahill also made the winners list with his waterside escape in the city's south bringing in $6.5 million while Hugh Jackman's more modest Melbourne apartment was offloaded for $740,000.
James Packer and ex-wife Erica topped the impressive line-up compiled by Domain.com.au for Daily Mail Australia and other notable members of the millionaire's club included Cate Blanchett at $20 million and reality TV favourites Michelle Bridges and Jamie Durie.
Here's the Top 10 Celebrity Sales of 2015 as collated buy Domain.
1. $70 million: James and Erica Packer - La Mer, 40 Wentworth Road, VAUCLUSE, NSW

Situated in Vaucluse, the La Mer property features six bedrooms, underground parking for no less than 20 cars, vast entertaining spaces and two self-contained staff quarters below the rooftop lawn and lap pool.
The property was actually intended as their matrimonial home but shortly after moving into the water-front mansion the couple filed for divorce and parted ways.
Domain reported: 'In addition to the record-setting sale, the couple have also found comfort in new relationships.'

2. $20 million: Cate Blanchett and Andrew Upton — Bulwarra, HUNTERS HILL, NSW
$20 million sale for Cate Blanchett and Andrew Upton: According to Domain, the couple's expected to leave Sydney at the end of this year when their three children finish up their school year and Upton’s term as creative director of the Sydney Theatre Company comes to an end

The stunning waterfront estate belonging to Cate Blanchett and Andrew Upton was listed on the market in preparation for the family’s move to the United States.
After just three weeks on the market, the residence was sold. Although the final selling price was not disclosed, the property is believed to have sold for more than $20 million.
During a three-year redesign the property underwent $8 million worth of renovations which doubled its floor space and added a self-contained apartment under the swimming pool.
It also features a riverside tennis court and gardens designed by Will Dangar.
3. $6.8 million: Rick McCallum — 2/47 New Beach Road, DARLING POINT, NSW
The new owner paid $6.8 million for the apartment 'flowing over 305sqm of dramatic living spaces, including a generous loggia for year round entertaining accessed through floor-to-ceiling glass doors'. Famed Star Wars producer Rick McCallum was the previous owner

The apartment was described as an exclusive whole floor residence with world-class Harbour Bridge views when offered for sale
The hammer came down on a price close to $6.8 million for the property owned by the Star Wars producer, exceeding an initial price estimate of $6.5 million.
The three-bedroom three-bathroom apartment overlooks Sydney Harbour with stunning views of the Harbour Bridge and surroundings.
Mr McCallum hadn't visited his Sydney pad for years before putting the Darling Point property on the market.
4. $6.5 million: Tim Cahill — 517 Willarong Road, CARINGBAH SOUTH, NSW
Based in Sydney's south, Cahill's Caringbah South home fetched about $6.5 million, nine years after he bought it for $5.2 million
The Cahill family has not been able to use the gorgeous setting often with the Socceroos star now playing in China
The Socceroos superstar has been creating records on and off the footy ground, including the recent sale of his southern Sydney home
Tim Cahill is believed to have paid $5.2m in 2006 for the waterfront property but turned over a tidy profit on sale this year
Although it has not been disclosed, Socceroos legend Tim Cahill’s waterfront home is thought to have fetched over the $6.5 million price guide.
Sprawled across three levels, the stunning residence features five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a home cinema, an internal lift, a private spa and gym, a pool, deep-water jetty and a boat shed.
Despite the luxury features, the first man to score in a football World Cup for Australia didn't spend much time at the property while he lived in Australia and would likely have spent even less in the future as he's recently signed a deal to play in the Chinese Super League.
5. $4.5 million: Michelle Bridges — 10 Wharf Road, BIRCHGROVE, NSW
Fitness guru Michelle Bridges and her former partner bought the Birchgrove home for $2.35 million in 2011 and significantly renovated it before it was sold for $4.5 million this year

6. $3.8 million: Jamie Durie — 3 Plateau Road, BILGOLA, NSW

Jamie Durie’s stunning and dramatic residence sold for $3.8 million, but that was $600,000 under what he expected the property to fetch.
A collaboration between designer and architect Walter Barda and the gardening television personality, the property features five bedrooms, four bathrooms and most notably, Durie’s signature vertical and suspended gardens.
In addition, the property includes a yoga room, sauna, personal gym, and a pool and rooftop deck.
7. $2.7 million: Ted and Xavier Richards — 20 Hoyt Street, HAMPTON, VIC
The former Victorian home of Sydney Swans brothers Ted and Xavier Richards went for $2.7 million putting it in the top 10 celebrity sales

8. $1.73 million: Lance Franklin — 55 Hodder Street, BRIGHTON EAST, VIC

9. $1.143 million: NIck Maxwell — 12 Stephenson Street, SPOTSWOOD VIC
Designed by former Collingwood captain, Nick Maxwell, and his brother and father, the weatherboard home sold for $1.143 million.
The three-bedroom home features large open spaces, clean designs and is conveniently located to schools, shops and transport

10. $740,000: Hugh Jackman and Deborah-Lee Furness — 4B/2737 Russell Street, MELBOURNE, VIC
