Adele sets fire to the rain in a pair of racy knee-high leather boots as she makes a late night outing in New York
From ditching the beehive to lightening her firey tresses, fans have certainly noticed a difference in Adele's style since her recent comeback.
And on Thursday, that included a pair of racy leather knee-high boots as she tackled a downpour in New York City; being kept well-protected under the shelter of a large umbrella.
The British singer, who's visiting the US to promote forthcoming album 25, dressed up for a late night outing in Soho to make the most of her Stateside visit.

Sexy boots: Adele was spotted in New York City's Soho district on Thursday night, having dressed up in leather knee-high boots
Adele, making large strides in her heeled footwear, was escorted from her taxi by an aide, who chivalrously carried the umbrella.
She giggled as she tried to bundle up her shape in a long, cape-style garment that was fringed around the edges in a stylish fashion and doing well to keep the chill at bay.
Adele was still looking remarkably polished, considering her long day of promotional appointments in the city.
Chivalrous: She was protected from the rain by a man holding a large umbrella
Glamorous: She was immaculately polished, despite a day of intensive promotional appointments
The singer wore her hair in its new long bob cut; well-styled as it tucked into her nape and parted far on one side.
She chose a natural palette of make-up, maximising the effect of her now-signature cat eye flicks with minimal nude lipstick and subtle blusher.
Adele arrived in the States last Thursday ahead of her third studio album release this Friday, which follows her surprise comeback with single Hello.
Immaculate: She teamed her signature cat eyes flicks with some subtle neutral beauty
Still smiling: Despite recently shying away from the spotlight, Adele seemed to be embracing it of late
Fighting the chill: Her wardrobe, though consistently all black, has featured some very chic garments since her comeback
While in America, she will simultaneously hold her own in the UK, where her first live performance and television interview will air on British television on Friday.
Adele At The BBC is a one-off BBC Music special in which she will be interviewed by Graham Norton and perform a selection of her greatest hits.
Until this year, the singer had spent some time away from the limelight to start a family with partner Simon Konecki by having first child Angelo, but also to have surgery on her vocal chords, so no doubt she has plenty to reflect on.
Out soon: Adele's third studio album 25 hits shelves on Friday
