Copycat couple! Kym Marsh and boyfriend Matt Baker sport matching glasses as they channel the geek chic look for dinner date

It looks as though lovebirds Kym Marsh and boyfriend Matt Baker have become so close that they're even starting to adopt the other's fashion sense. 

Stepping out for a romantic date night at George's restaurant in Worsley, Manchester, on Thursday evening, the couple emulated the geek chic look in matching black spectacles. 

Locking arms as they made their way into the hot spot, which is owned by former footballer Ryan Giggs, the twosome appeared to have taken style advice from one another in their over-sized frames.

In keeping with her preppy glasses, Kim paired her specs with a zip-up geometric print skirt and a black turtle neck.

The 39-year-old actress made sure to wrap up warm for her evening on the town however, and teamed the ensemble with black tights, heeled shoe boots and a stylish leather jacket, which conceded just above the knee. 

Her brunette locks were worn in a sleek style around her pretty face, which was typically bronzed, complimented with a rouged cheek and kohl lined eye.

It looked as though the Coronation Street star opted to keep her handsome man her only accessory as she hung on his arm on their way into the venue. 

Style conscious Matt cut a dapper figure a classic white shirt, which he layered with a knitted black jumper and beige trench coat. 

Looking like quite the doting gentleman, he finished his ensemble with grey tweed trousers and smart tan brogues.

The evening saw former Manchester United star Ryan also in attendance, along with other local residents, for early Christmas drinks and canapes at the bar, which also boasts a swanky restaurant. 

Kim and Matt first started dating in 2013, though called time on their relationship that same year. 

But after a two year break, the duo rekindled their romance in September, following her split from ex-fiance Dan Hooper.
