Kate Beckinsale’s husband Len Wiseman has been spotted partying with model CJ Franco.

The 42-year-old - who has been married to the Hollywood beauty since 2004 - has hit the late night social scene with the pretty blonde for a third time in two weeks.

On Wednesday evening, the pair were full of smiles as they headed to celebrity hotspot The Nice Guy, in West Hollywood.

Turning heads as he passed by, Len cut a relaxed and refined figure in a pale blue shirt, which he teamed with dark denim jeans and leather boots.

Franco, who has appeared in TV shows Sketch Juice and No Chance at Love, was hard to miss in skintight printed trousers and a plunging blouse, which flashed her part of her cut-out bralet.

They were seen enjoying each other’s company at the same venue the night before, and according to TMZ, the American producer was seen without his wedding band.

Looking slightly tired, the pair seemed to be in relaxed and content spirits as they left the clubbing venue, reportedly at 2am.

Meanwhile, it is believed that British star Kate is in Prague filming her latest movie Underworld 5, which will see her star alongside Theo James and Tobias Menzies.

The 42-year-old actress lives and works in Los Angeles with her husband and her daughter Lily, whom she shares with fellow actor Michael Sheen.

Kate and Len, who have been in a relationship for 12 years, have recently been plagued with reports that their marriage is on the rocks.

MailOnline has contacted representatives for the stars to comment.

The film producer was previously married to a kindergarten teacher named Dan, but divorced her shortly after meeting Kate on the set of Underworld in 2003.

At that time the English star was in an eight-year romance with Sheen, which subsequently ended during the movie's production.

In 2012, during an interview with Parade Magazine, Kate gushed about the joys of working with her husband from time to time.

She explained: ‘The first time we met each other was when we were filming Underworld, and then we worked together again after we’d been married a short while, and now we’ve been married seven years, so I’ve had quite a few different experiences along the way.

‘It’s different each time. We love it. I think one of the things we like least about our jobs is that it can force separation from each other.

‘One of the things that’s so nice about working together is that not only do we enjoy each other professionally, but we actually get to sleep in the same bed at night and hang out with our kid on the weekends, so it’s great..
